The role of leadership is so important. Every church leader and pastor have to know very well about the identification of church leadership in Cambodia, for it is essential in order to design strategies/techniques/principles which can assist the church to grow and mature.
By the understanding of the local church, its size, attributes, qualities and relevant leadership issues which it is facing today, then the role of effective leadership is needed. Much can be learned from the Cambodia church growth experience, but it must be quantified in order to be confirmed and for strategic plans to be formed. “Sustaining Leadership Practices for Church Growth” is a study on the pastoral role and church leadership role for the applicability of real needs of the body of Christ in Cambodia so that we may assist leaders in equipping and empowering their churches for a healthier, stronger and growing. Most church leaders and pastors would agree that churches need effective leadership for the impact of gospel ministry.
